[0.8.10] Elosa Ritual not factoring in Fertility Tablet

My Save, which has the Key Item the Translated Fertility Tablet, doesn't factor it in with the Elosa Ritual in the quest, Over Troubled Waters. The Elosa Ritual still requires a cunning check.

This is still happening in the current patch.

it halves the cunning check, not eliminates iirc

I did a check, It takes a cunning of at least 18 or 19 to pass the Elosa Cunning Check which is not half of the current max of 26.

You have to blow 5 ranks of cunning to pass the check.

I am not noticing a change from where it was previously
