0.7.9 cat harem dissappearing and i can't talk to livrea

So this bug happens when you equip a 1h weapon with an offhand this doesn't happen with shields or duel welding if you have the cat harem you can't access them through guests in the frosthound but you can still do the Selina event with sanders and with livrea you can only talk about local news and tip the bard

I use Dawnsword and Wing of Asira (as offhand) - and I never had this problem before - you need to post your save file also screenshots? I doubt weapons are connected to your problem
