My character is deep into pregnancy with Hana's kid. I know it's hers because as a very fertile character, the character description had the paragraph break for pregnancy right after sex with her, and we had the talk about being pregnant. At a milestone in the pregnancy, the scene says it's Tetsuya's child instead of Hana's.
