Second one seems fine - it could mean that she has dragon blood. "you and your companions" and the italics in Gytha's talk scene were patched a while ago, make sure you're using an up-to-date version of the game. And "Then:" seems like a creative choice rather than a typo. Rest should be sorted, cheers.
