Couple of things--should be "now that [you've been reminded of] / [you've remembered] the presence of your own cock," I think, and then a comma after the last word of the phrase ("remembered," if the sentence stays as-is). However, if tied to the current structure, it would need to be "remembered to you," which is pretty archaic, but valid:
