The witch dream, which begins "You wake to find yourself tied to a chair in a what seems to be a cabin of some sort, lit by only a few small candles throughout.", occurs for me when I sleep in this saved game, although I already had this dream and met the witch earlier in this run. The way it's written implies I've never met her, so this event probably isn't supposed to happen at this point.
