Not sure if it was already reported (playing public version), but when you go to Hana's new place for the first time, she says "The young lady Kinu came and gave Kaede a silver bell! Made me promise to bring her new half-sister here around the estate sometime soon." even though I didn't give Kiyoko a single child yet, so she's stuck in the amulet. I did promise Keros to get around to it though. Someday.
