0.7.12 Summoned Hoplite Full Nelson scene crash

Attempting to view the summoned Hoplite's Full Nelson scene in the Wayfort Summoning Circle causes a game crash with the following text.

This seems to happen every time.

Playing the downloaded for windows version. My champ is female (and by no means a virgin). Attached my save in case that helps!

That scene is supposed to require dick and be unavailable for females. My female champ cannot select it.

Hmm. I have an inactive ghostlight, and I briefly grew a penis weeks ago, then removed it with blue eggs. I haven't spotted any other available scenes that I shouldn't have access to.
