[0.7.12] Mad Cow Stage 2 Continuity Error?

Mad Cow Stage 2 (Brint's heat) only progresses in The Frost Hound. However, the text suggests that the party is outside of Hawkethorne:

Although maybe MC only proc'ing at the FH is bug in my save. Thanks!
