[0.69.420 -PUBLIC#1304] Can't load saves made after newest update

I have been using cheats on this save, not sure if that's the cause or not, I haven't had any problem like this until now. I can load saves from previous updates and play with them just fine but making a new save or overriding one of them locks me out of being able to load it again, even if I don't move my character or do anything before saving. It stills shows up on the save list and I can select it but it won't do anything. Luckily I have a second, earlier save in case the new one is fubar.

Save included was made after the most recent update.

Same case here, but I can't load any save. Clicking load does nothing.

Can confirm. Any save made after the latest patch went up does not load.
