So the text in ZoTrainEquanimity() which says it is 10% is wrong.While scanning the optimized code, I think the SilverMask changes the Tranquility stance from 30% Resolve damage reduction to 20% Resolve damage reduction while the description of the Tranquility power says it should be 20% without the mask and 30% with it. Compare the code for POWERS.Tranquility.desc() and CombatHelper.prototype.calculateDamage()</blockquote>
