You can get it off of the Lewdlabs' Patreon. There's no free version at the moment due to Patreon changing their rules about adult content. Lewdlab is looking for a work around.

Sadly Futanari Quest has ceased development due to funding issues. Their Patreon is shut down. The most recent version is 0.05.

Is there a way to store the saves in the local directory like how CoC and TiTs do? That might alleviate the unloading issue, and makes saves accessible from different instances of the game.

Damned fine game so far. Can't remember the last time I went through in earnest looking for every scene and variation. From what I've gathered so far, there's only one proper ending at the moment (game over/bad ends not withstanding)? I eagerly await the next update. One small suggestion...
