Are you writing a TF for it?
Are you aware of Vivi? She started as an Ausar, but got unspecified Gene-Mods to become more skunk-like.
Also, don't expect any combat-based perks to get in. Though special Lust attacks/Pheromone perks are most likely* to be accepted.
*Read: Have any chance at all.
She's been nerfed several times. Is she still overtuned?* If so, please give specific examples. The more context, the better.
*Disclaimer: I avoid her, so I have no actual idea.
Clicking/tapping on item Flags brings up a tooltip.
Bonus Hit Rate: 'Flurry'* attacks are made at full Accuracy**.
*Second Attack/Shot, Rapid Fire, etc.
**Aren't subject to the flat 45% miss chance.
Psionically Empowered: Psi-powers do 5% more damage.
This one is worded confusingly. Honestly...
The only thing you need to do to submit something is fill out a legal form (mostly confirming you're letting Fenoxo & Co use your stuff and any characters are no longer under your full control). There is no guarantee your submission will be accepted, but I'm pretty sure you can clean it up and...
If you want niche racial TFs, you're probably better off writing them yourself, instead of waiting for 'community writers' to do it for you. Many have left, and those who remain probably already have more projects than they can complete.
When was the save/character created? Was it converted from Flash?
I just bought a MS-XI in a test save, and it had both the Missile Turret and Shield Booster and I couldn't sell either.
Anything with 'Power Armor' or 'Requires High Physique' flags. (The Mercenary Perk 'Bigger Guns' and the Cybernetic Exoskeleton also enable use of these weapons.)
You are majorly overthinking this. Despite the name, it's not actually a timer. It doesn't tick down over time (if it was, they'd use a hidden Status effect). It's just there to compare the time at which you met Ula to the current time to see if she should still be there.
You set...
If you just changed it to 0, there wouldn't be much point in calculating it.
ULA_LEAVE_TIMER is set when you first meet her and she stops appearing if the current time is too far after.
It's supposed to, but I don't see the button in-game.
It's also supposed to be able be used on Tails, Tongue and Gills, but I don't see those, either.
Bug? Too many buttons and no next/back?
It's the Hardlight Taur Suit. Remove it, and Fertility/Virility go back to normal.
Do you have a backup save from before you did all the save-editing? Your game crashes whenever I try to Sleep, Fly anywhere or Wait for too long.
