Thinking about it, the Laser Sentry Drone has both sets of weaknesses. It negates the +3 Shields/Level from the Attack Drone perk like the other Drone Accessories, and also is disabled at 0 Shields like the default Drone.

That means something has locked your chest so it can't change. It might have been the event that gave you the 3rd breast. Maybe something else. I'm not sure where to find it to check. Save Editing is actually fairly easy. Or you could toss the save my way and I could do it for you.
