    You're not getting elemental martial arts, and there's already plenty of fire and ice (water) and wind (storm) themed powers. There's planned to be more Geomancy-themed powers in the near-ish future.

    It's literally impossible NOT to do so if you pursue the main story quest to its current end point. Yes, Varena has repeatable content. She also has a personal questline running parallel to the MSQ, the first part of which is already in-game.

    Hana is a mtf transwoman. She never asked Keros to switch her genitals, just asked for tits and ass, and lost her extra tails in exchange. Narratively, she's content as she is. Realistically, I don't want to write Hana TFs and don't intend to do so.
