It's part of Silly Mode/April Fools. Clicking on it is possible, you just have to be really fast.

That's how you progress after the party. All the new busts in the last update are for enemies on the next planet. I doubt it will be too much longer before the Public can go there.

Wait for a day or two, then use the Taxi Station. After the event there, wait until you get an email. The Dhaal Probe is accessible to the Public, but the next planet is not.

It's a thing that was in Flash. One of the benefits of the Clydesdale was it had 50 storage, 20 more than any other ship. As near as I can tell, the values are correct for the player's ship when loading a save into the new version. It's changing ships that's bugged.

Does upgrading to 0.9.046 fix it?

No, the bug was all ships had a capacity of 30, regardless of what they were supposed to have. This was supposedly fixed in 0.9.046, but there's a new bug. Or one I just noticed. When buying/swapping ships, storage is set to 10. Maybe you ran into it and that's what you're remembering.

Do all of the JSONs work, other than the one you first posted? Or do all of them have errors? 0.8.160 has the most up-to-date version of the conversion function. You should convert your saves with that one, if you haven't already.
