When I chose 'Demand Cuz', it properly set FARROW_SAVED_CUZ to 1 and I got the friendly-ish email. 0.9.067-PUBLIC#3772. It seems to be something about your version. Try setting FARROW_SAVED_CUZ to 1 using the Save Editor or Console before the email.
