Steel Will does add 5 Willpower and increases the cap for the purposes of Resolve and Stat Training. The actual issue seems to be that it doesn't allow investing Stat points above the normal Level cap. Edit: Or possibly it's added to the base value, instead of on top, so it doesn't 'fill out'...

I'd like to bring this up before Christmas, because I don't think it was fixed. Unfortunately, non-recruited Anno & Syri aren't issuing the invitation in a new game with Christmas enabled, so I'm guessing it's gated behind real-time, but I don't feel comfortable messing with my system clock to...

1. Gedan has said Hellhound should probably be it's own race by now, since it's kind of awkward to get. 2. What happened to the 'Pick your favored Race from a list' idea? Scrapped? Delayed indefinitely?

The bug seems to be in the equip step: Even if you've never used the Omnisuit, equipping an item sets it's quantity to 0 while equipped. If you then unequip it, it will have a quantity of 1 in your inventory. Omnisuit seems to bypass whatever sets the 0 back to 1.

When I load a save that had never used the Strange Metal Collar/Omnisuit, everything I have equipped has a quantity of 1. If I un-equip, it's 1. If I re-equip (or equip something new), it's 0 (when I inspect the slot). Unequipping sets back to 1.

And it doesn't seem to be cumulative, it has to be in one act. Same for refreshing it. How many NPCs can do that?

Seems to me like they could at least use a text edit if Steele is wearing Airtight armor.

I don't understand how refreshing Cum High works. Fucking Big T & Brynn works, 'Servicing' Oggie, fucking Yancy, Zephyr and 'Special Order' at the BBQ Pit do not.

I forgot to mention, but Stealth Field Generator could probably use a note that it breaks the cap. Otherwise, 80% looks like a massive waste, especially if you already have ~50%.
