Reporting the version number is a good idea because it helps track if the bug has already been fixed.

You did start by bringing up 'penis too big' or 'penis too small'. The descriptors are certainly in bands, because a lot of them are comparisons. Interestingly, 'Knee-length', 'Forearm-length' and 'Arm-length' do take Steele's height into account.

They do, yes. I don't think it has anything to do with what will fit any given NPC, though. They might have internal guidelines for what kinds of volumes are reasonable when assigning numbers, but I don't know for certain.

Hellhound is actually kind of annoying to get. Specifically, the Demon 3+ requirement. Horns & Wings are easy and obvious, but you then have to choose between Arms, Legs and Ears (none of which are furred*). You could go for Hoved (Goat) legs, I guess, but then you're a different kind of Demon...

Just tested this. I did the quest, slept from Day 5 to Day 100, Kara was still there. Are you sure you forgot her, and not forgot you picked up the money? Or you picked the wrong (bugged?) option somewhere? What does your Codex say? Upload your save?
