Does typing pc.credits = whatever Credits you had before into the Console (F12) fix it? You may have to use Firefox (Microsoft Edge and Chrome consoles seem to not be working right now). Also, how far were you in the quest?

Just to be sure: You're playing in the same browser, correct? It's possible something cleaned your browser files and got the saves. Does 'Save to File' work on Mobile? I know that it didn't work for the Flash version.

What does Energy Use mean? I see it on certain Shield items. It seems to only be on those with bonus Shield Defense (and always equal to Shield Defense)? Reaper Mk I, Premium JoyCo, Shield Augment Bracers and Trick Bracer.

What, exactly, are you trying to do? Are you choosing 'Anno's Hot', 'Deal w/ It' or 'Get Help'? 'Hellhound' is in Syri's Talk menu. The quest seems to be progressing normally, for me.
