I think depending on racial TFs, those can downgrade vaginal wetness as well. I kinda remember that happening when my PC was changed from an Ausar to a Kitsune-morph, it's default 3 wetness went down to a 1. (I'm unsure if I stopped before I grew the canine vag)

IIRC, this was discussed a BUNCH of times too, in that Steele having multiple arms would also potentially lead to having genetic advantages when it comes to combat as well. I think the devs have pretty vehemently stated that they want to avoid adding multi-arm Steeles for the above mentioned...

To be fair, it would take me a long while to come up with since there's about 2 expacs before that. (One of which would be on hold indefinitely until ship content is revised and done.)
