It's not really necessary to turn them off. You don't lose access to Achievements or anything. But if you really want to, type: flags.CHEATS_ENABLED = 0 into the console. or possibly 'undefined'. Or delete the flag from your save.

Young Venus Pitchers are a random encounter around the Probe crash site and the border to the Deep Jungle. You have to have encountered at least one of the Younger ones to meet an Elder. Where are you looking?

Tongues don't have an explicit length stat, so the only indicator is the description itself. Only a few give an explicit length. The longest are Draconic and Frostwyrm (4 feet). Catnip (Override, Face) says 4 feet during the transformation, but not in the Appearance menu.

It seems like the Crew Toy option only appears if you have valid Crew member(s). Loading up a test save and recruiting Anno worked.

The scenes trigger randomly when you meet certain conditions (i.e. in certain rooms). They're not added to the sex options of individual characters.

It's a global toggle, not per Crew member. The list just tells you which current Crew members have scenes. The scenes occur at random.
