Tongues don't have an explicit length stat, so the only indicator is the description itself. Only a few give an explicit length.
The longest are Draconic and Frostwyrm (4 feet).
Catnip (Override, Face) says 4 feet during the transformation, but not in the Appearance menu.

I don't know if you saw my edit above:
Feline (Catnip, Override Face) says 4 feet during the transformation, but not in the appearance screen.

I believe the Leithan tongue is also rather long and big no? it's starts with the long flag (and iirc it's the only initial race that starts with it)

It is, but no explicit length is mentioned, either on the appearance screen or when Lethia Charm changes it.
