    There actually is a 'flexibility' perk; don't remember where you get it, but you can find it in the Save Editor. Dont think it has any actual impact or implications, though.

    Keep your wang dimensions as follows: Lenght; below 2 feet. Width; below 4 inches. Do this and you can keep you penile pillar at monolithic size and still plow every hole in the game without interference.

    Too hard to implement: they'd have to code in an entirely new flag system for this one feature.
