Minor typo on Ancient Warbot: With an ear-gouging whine of rusted metal, the missile launch withdraws into the warbot. I think that should be "missle launcher".

The Hyrax raider's bolo attack tangles Steele's legs even when flying, canceling out flying. I'd suggest maybe checking for isFlying and having the text be about tangling Steele's wings or taking out Steele's jetpack.

Upon defeating the radglow, the "Fleshlight" option is greyed out with the tooltip "You need a cock that is not too thick." Again, i think this is a case of looking at the largest/thickest cock rather than checking to see if any cock will fit.

My Steele tends to walk away from things that scramble her DNA, so she doesn't give in on the radglow. I assume that reduces the radglow's dominance, but I think somebody forgot a max(0,dominance) in the code, as shown in the Encounter log: Radglow: ┕ Times Encountered: 1 ┕ Dominance: -187 %

It seems to me Fen and co have a bad case of neophillia - they love starting new things, getting them partially implemented, then dropping them and moving on to the next new thing like a dog chasing butterflies in a field.
