I don't think there's much content for silly mode yet in CoC2, but imagine it'd be a lot like what you get in CoC1 or TiTS. Funny crap, but mostly stuff that breaks immersion.

My own OC would likely go for a strawberry-pink babydoll top, blue jean short shorts with folded cuffs, thigh-high stockings and ankle boots. Underclothes optional. I'd prefer a skirt, but they don't really hold to the waist past a certain point in pregnancy.
