You should just be able to unlock Eve at level 20, at the information broker. Actually it is not the same way. Kat Needs you to be level 10, and have the Magic school unlocked. Reyka requires you to be level 10, and have the Exotic Artifacts unlocked. While for Eve as far as I know...

I found a pretty old build of CoC, back when you could find the city in the desert but couldn't do anything with it yet. It was on some text game site, that had Rags, HTML, and some flash games. If I remember right, it also had Quest games. All because I was bored....fun times. <3

So one minor thing I found in the game. If you get to level 10, and are able to pay for more competitors. You are able to go in the negative money-wise if you have lower than the amount, and then pay the 1000-1500$. Not sure if this is a thing or not, since you are not able to go in the...
