TiTS and CoC character viewer projects tend to have a cursed track record. So it might be a good thing for you in the long run not to make this a TiTS specific thing anyways. Escape the jinx.

I think when that concept was first raised the only objection that was raised by the fen team was that it was being proposed as a bar with alcohol and drinking. And alcohol + pregnancy is a no no. But if it's a hooters style restaurant or a non alcoholic milk bar there shouldn't be any problem...

Ultimately prices in TiTS correlate to how late game the content is meant to be. So her pricing should be in relation to how soon you want the player to get her. 25,000 is too much for early planet content.
