Even though the quest is currently one of the hardest out there, it is only meant to be a mid-game level eight quest, it wouldn't make any sense to buff that quest if you look at the intended difficulty curve of the finished game. That is slightly harder to do because of TiTS' slow story...

Sounds like you became completely addicted to her, which means you're well past the point where you can purify her. What you do in her quest leading up to her moving to your camp decides whether she can be purified or not, so it is indeed to make her want to be purified.

Well, racial changes actually have no effect on player stats, Fen disliked that aspect of CoC and scrapped it for TiTS. As for your equipment, if you are adamantly sticking with bows for ranged I can't help you with that :p, but I would suggest picking up the Monofilament Saber or the Plasma...

Actually I think she's the only one at the moment, aside from the two helpers noted in the Water Princess' and Venus Pitchers' interactions/descriptions. There isn't any sort of recruitment system implemented, or in the works.

In regards to the cold resistance perk, it's triggered by the huskar TF, but will only disappear if the PC looses their "thick, fluffy fur". So if you edit the perk onto a character that already has thick fur, it will stay active.
