Cheshire didn't redo that pic, it was completely new fan art commissioned by Hugs that Fen just happened to like more than the previous pic, so he replaced it.

The problem with that is that it requires Fen to create a whole seperate "Artist" in the TiTS code, something that is too much work for a single picture.
