Did you download the data zip and unzipped it in Glassix folder ? It contains all the latest scenes.

Scenes don't need to be triggered at the exact minute.  For example, if a scene is indicated a 6PM, it means you can trigger it from 6:00 to 6:59. So the 1min wait is not necessary. There are a few scenes which triggers during half hours instead of full hours but even so, walking out and back...
