    Utility Implant error

    I attempted to get a synthetic womb, but it did not show up after getting it installed. It would not show up under the uninstall menu either, and when I tried to install another utility implant, the game crashed.

    Critical Error during Kara Quest fight with black void grunt in random encounter

    I got that a few times. Noticed it only happened when only one grunt popped up out in the open area with Kara in the tower. She would always take one out early before combat, so if you only run into one the game would bug out due to starting combat without a combatant.

    Can't get Vanae milk

    I've been trying to get the Vanae milk mutation for my character, but it doesn't seem to happen regardless of how much sky sap I use. I went through 100 of them and got every single other mutation except for the milk. Is this a possible bug, or is my RNG just that bad?
