Seem to be stuck in the Princess's Dilemma questline

It's been a bit since I last progressed in the quest, but from what I remember I distracted Vasko and checked out his lab, but I don't remember exactly what I found before he made it back. With the latest patch, I can't seem to trigger these two additions:

• After snooping around in Vasko’s books, you’ll have a new talk topic with Tethys about what he’s been researching.
• After having gotten the invitation to Ynes’s ritual and then having either supped the forbidden soup in Vasko’s office and found the Velunite amulet outside or having seen his receipt for a grail and visited the Temple of Elosa, Magister Vasko will have a new talk sequence.

Tethys has no dialog option related to Vasko or his research. Vasko also does not have any new talk sequences, and I've checked the Temple of Elosa just in case that needed to be done following my investigation of his office. The only things I can do with Tethys are accuse Thore or Vasko, as all other options either disappear after attempting them (because they aren't the correct culprit(s)), or I lack the necessary evidence to accuse Vasko. Accusing Thore has Tethys tell me to return at dawn the next day—but that leads nowhere or I'm just not in the correct room "at dawn".

The guard captain also mentions to check the infirmary upstairs, and there's some bolded text that appears to be a flag saying I haven't met Astraea in town yet. Checking all the rooms upstairs there doesn't seem to be any sign of Astraea—but I could just be checking at the wrong times?

"Oh, there's also Astraea. One of the Astrida's been visiting the palace a lot lately, talking to the doctors. I wouldn't call that suspicious, really, but it's unusual. She looks... weird, too. Like something sucked all the life out of her, just about. I can't decide if I want to give her a hug or arrange a funeral.{hasn't met Astraea in town| You might find her upstairs, in the infirmary.}"

Either I'm missing something obvious, or I'm in a weird loop where I can't progress because I don't remember what I found in an older patch when checking Vasko's office.

Accusing Thore has Tethys tell me to return at dawn the next day

As the patch notes say, the wrap up isn't in-game yet. But that is the end of the quest, on that path.

It would appear that you messed this phase up. If you have an auto-save from earlier in the quest, I'd suggest rewinding a bit and looking through his documents more thoroughly.

As a note, I've talked with some folks on Discord and decided to make it so that you can search Vasko's office multiple times, so it won't be possible to soft-lock yourself into one ending for the quest. That'll be changed in a hotfix coming Soon.

I do feel like this is a good idea, but only if you are smart enough to leave before he gets back. If you wait and he catches you in his office I feel that should lock you from further attempts, because you got greedy. That's just my opinion though.
