Where the hell Is Chaurmine???

I've gotten almost full way through his quest, im just trying to find Him on Iveto, I've already found him once, but I lost, the wiki says you can come back and fight him later and that he shows up in some place called "The Rift" but I've gone over the fulk map like 5 times, and I think I've gone over this "Rift" place like 9, and I still haven't found him again!
WHERE IS THIS SCALEY MOTHERTRUCKER???

If you laready fought him in the wild, he should move to the station, near your ship.

Pretty sure he does this whether you win or lose.
