Do you have any extra perks or status effects that change your character's libido over time? I think perks like "Zaika Inflation" dynamically changes the libido value, so that might not synergize well with the "Ice Cold" perk.

Yes, if anyone has a save to test with, that would be helpful. Discussing with the team on how to handle this kind of situation. At the moment, the message is intentional as the 50-mark for libido is when the perk switches over. Changes in libido are usually in the up direction and causing libido to drop (like removing sexiness), if not from an automated status effect, is expectantly a player-driven action. But if something out of the player's hands is causing the message spam, we'd like to root it out.
