underneath your floorboards
Those are predominantly used as a literary device to explain why a character suddenly has one when they normally wouldn't.
Here you just pop a pill or slather some space juice on yourself and Boom there you go
Yeah, but you're also able to pop a perky and give yourself a tail cock or go to the wilds and hunt down one for yourself, too, so my point remains

One thing I would LOVE to see is more transformative expansions that give more instant results(namely Laquine ears! Its been years man.) It can be kind of annoying having to skip time only for it to maybe give you the actual affects.

maybe a few more options to pick or simply a Premium Laquine Ears option would help a lot(maybe kinda like the Lion transformations)

Never was a fan of the delayed TFs...like cmon who wants to wait the get the specific part they want?

(only good delayed TF is leithan charm necklace, because as soon as you get the part or parts you want you can just deactivate the transformative at will)

As a foxfire/frost main (as the profile pic gives away) I do wish it was much faster. Like I'll cheat one into the very start of the game and make it to several planets before it's finished. Like I'll use the Immunobooster when it's done so I can change the hair/fur colors but that just has to wait a randomized amount of time

In regards to TFs happening over long periods of time. I just started a new treated character and enjoyed reading the changes happening over my travels from mhenga to myrellion. While some TFs being instant is nice for small changes I would like more long term change your whole character over the course of a week style gives me something different to read while grinding or walking around.

I don't think so. You can give yourself elf qualities but they're not an actual race; you're still human underneath, or equivalent.
Elf I can understand, but it's weird how there's no Fairy-morph/dark fairy-morph racial score, considering those Sylvanol variants atleast have enough unique parts to justify the races existing.

You could make that argument. Obviously I can't go back now and ask they why they didn't make a fairy race. If I had to guess, maybe they had plans for a Saeri TF and figured that would be the time to implement fairy race scores.

I don't wanna tell the wiki people how to do their job here, But I feel like their should be a sub-section on the skin page for the regal mane perk, listing all of it's variants and how to get them.

a little bit miffed that you attribute the wiki to SBJ when they haven't touched anything related to this community in years.

I was doing the wiki for a while, putting in an hour or two a day but now a larger chunk of that hour or two involves just finding the information needed for the wiki, so it's not productive. It's primarily just been Theron for quite a while, though periodically other people make some contributions.

I'd love to see cockvine eyes get added to the Cerespirin that Gene on Myrellion sells.

Sidenote: how does a potentially criminal demon-morph chick have a refined/finished version of a TF drug to be able to sell to people. meanwhile the actually legally licensed Myrellion vendor just gets the prototype batch?

Thank you very much for your contributions. Same for all the volunteers so far. I know it's rough without easy access to the source code to verify things, especially with how big the game's gotten, but any effort being put towards updating or refining the wiki is always a welcome one.

I'd love to see cockvine eyes get added to the Cerespirin that Gene on Myrellion sells.
Added to the next release. But do note that it is a really rare chance to get (10%), more possible if you overdose at least once, and bypasses any eye type locks if you overdose three or more times. If the iris color changes, it will be any of the default plant eye colors.

It can probably be explained away because criminals can steal the concentrated stuff, dress it up and release it to the black markets due to no consumer safety regulation. Whereas the license professional can sell the prototype stuff, with the prototype having different tiers of testing and the one put to market is regulated and deemed "safe" for the consumer.

Techies are cool. But it seems like Melee tech shield techies are reheaded step children.
Why Melee? I'd have said Ranged Shield Techs.
Even after the nerf, Charge Weapon is still one of the best abilities in the game. And significantly better than Overcharge.
Custom Shock Gear was the best Melee weapon for a long time. The new best weapon is probably Magma Crusher. Both of which are Energy. (I don't know how long you've been playing, but Burn DoT was changed to actually be good.)
Custom Psi Weapons are Melee-only and can also be really good, depending on what properties you get, and if you're willing to save-scum for good stats. (Don't let the name fool you. They're good for all classes and even make good Stat-Sticks for Ranged characters.)
I don't even know what to use for a Ranged Tech in the endgame. Heavy Slut Ray, probably, but what else? XTR-8 Peer? Ice Lance? Deep Freeze is good, but Ranged Tech can't make best use of it.
Another way to look at it is, Drone Techs don't really have much choice for the Accessory slot. You will have a Drone in it, and you really only have 3 options. You're also almost certainly getting the Combat Tail implant.

Drone tech get all kinds of missable and irretrivable super drone buffs for almost every occasion, where shield guy never get exclusive super shit. Its honestly to the point where you alway want ot be drone tech and then cheat you perks so you have everythng.
Which is funny, because back when I started playing, Attack Drone was considered a waste of a Perk, because you lose bonus Shields if you had a Drone Accessory equipped. If you wanted a Drone, take Shield Booster and use the Drone Accessory anyway. It wasn't well known then that Attack Drone did boost Drone damage, and I don't think Drone Control existed.

Drones also only get 4 damage types:
Electric: Default, Tam-Wolf 2.0
Kinetic: Tam-Wolf, Tam-Wolf 2.0, Siegwulfe, Combat Tail
Burning: Laser Sentry Note: You lose your bonus Shields, because it's an Accessory, but it doesn't have the Self Powered flag, so it turns off if your Shields are down.
Tease: Bimbo Siegwulfe, Bimbo-Domme Siegwulfe. Note: Does not scale with Level or Perks. Very powerful early on (even for non-Tech Specialists), nearly useless later.
Also, Deployable Turret doesn't scale with the Drone Perks.

really it seem like everyone is lacking in exclusive super shit. like Mercs not getting super power armor bonuses as drastic a the difference between tam wolf and super tam.
Power Armor is weird for Mercs. Melee doesn't need it, because they'll have 40+ Physique ASAP. Ranged has Bigger Guns (and Lunge does little-to-nothing for them).

Would love to see something like Shield tech customising all shields to level X and buffing their stats the level of the strongest shield while retaining their traits.
More specialty Shields would be cool, though the bonus Shields (up to 130) really does a lot to make some of the lower tier specialty shields more viable for Shield Techs.

Or Mercs getting power armor advantages. Like the negative evasion point that often outweigh armor being negated then inverted.
Melee Mercs do have Riposte, which gives (admittedly invisible) +15 Evasion after normal attacks. (Maybe Sturm & Drang, too. It's implemented as a basic Melee attack, but I'm not 100% sure.)

They fixed it so lupine eyes count/give points towards the lupine score, but worg eyes still don't.

I still maintain that worg eyes should count. And also the alpha scent perk(seeing as it's one of those "need a certain amount of points in the corresponding racial score to even get in the first place" perks).
So file a bug report. I've done it for things like this.

Elf I can understand, but it's weird how there's no Fairy-morph/dark fairy-morph racial score, considering those Sylvanol variants atleast have enough unique parts to justify the races existing.
Vampire-Morph got added not long ago, so you could ask.
On the other hand, Jacques00 just replied on the same page...

Fraid I wouldn't be of much help, seeing as I'm not playing the most current/up-to-date version.
In terms of new content added, I think the free version is only a single patch behind, so you should be able to contribute a good deal even without having access to the patreon build.

I'm sorry I genuinely didn't know. I actually did check SBJs profile to see if he hadn't dropped in for a while, and when I saw that he was last seen in February this year, I made an assumption that he was still being active, and just wasn't talking in the forums.

I meant that as in, I'm playing the legacy version(the one with the UI/graphics I actually like), not the free javascript builds.

Ah, I see.

Honestly I was in the same boat at first, but after you get used to it the new UI is pretty good. Idk if I'd be able to go back to the old one lol.

In all honesty I'm not liking the newer versions UI for a couple of reasons:
  • I'm not a big fan of the new 3D model in the character appearance section replacing the featureless pfp-style image the old versions had for the PC's appearance, wish there was an option to switch back to it.
  • I also don't like that the positions of the minimap and the stats bar has been reversed(to which there doesn't seem to be an option to restore them to how they were before).
  • Savescumming takes longer than it did in previous versions(admittedly I've only seen someone else complain about this and haven't actually tested it myself, if I'm wrong about it feel free to correct me)

But believe me, I would gladly make the jump over to the newest version if all or even just some of these concerns were addressed and or fixed/changed in an update.

Just upload a custom image bro, you can make it literally anything you want as long as it's an accepted file type

Yeah I'm pretty sure this is bullshit. If anything save scumming takes less time because there is now a keybind that can take you straight to the save menu.

Like I said, it'll be an adjustment, and yes, you'll feel like you're eyes are going crossed at first for a bit, but trust me when i say you'll get used to it and then you'll barely remember the old ui.

Plus, not to sound rude, but is it really worth missing out on all the new content and bugfixes and stuff?

As mentioned, you can always replace the bust image to one of your choosing. There are even personalization options to where you can set the bust image to how you want it to look or turn it off entirely. The mannequin shouldn't be an always-on thing, even though it is on by default.

I also don't like that the positions of the minimap and the stats bar has been reversed(to which there doesn't seem to be an option to restore them to how they were before).
There are options under the Controls section to where you can set the layout to have two side bars, one side for stats and the other for the map. To switch to this layout, just go to Options, Controls, set Legacy Sidebar Layout to Enabled, and toggle Pre-Legacy Style to ON. While this won't look exactly like the Flash version's UI, the major parts should be relatively in the same locations.

The Controls section provides a lot of options for you to tailor your interactivity with the game, so feel free to play around with the options to see what works best for your playstyle and/or device. You can find other options to adjust other parts of the game's UI under Gameplay, Display, Graphics and Animation.

Savescumming takes longer than it did in previous versions(admittedly I've only seen someone else complain about this and haven't actually tested it myself, if I'm wrong about it feel free to correct me)
Not sure how to interpret this since there are different ways to save your data. If you want to go the quickest route, just go into the Data menu and save to a desired save slot. Like the Flash version, there is a comment box to type in a note, but you can turn that feature off in the options if you don't want it (Options, Gameplay, then Save Slot Overwrite Prompt and/or Save Slot Notes).

Now, there is also a reminder prompt that pops up to remind the player to always Save To File. You can also set the reminder prompt frequency (or turn it to never appear again). And the prompt's advice is important because you do want to Save To File as best practice, which is more clicks, but it ensures your save file is where you want it. That said, you don't have to Save To File each time you want to save data as you can still use the save slots for things like save scumming, then just Save To File after you've gotten to a good checkpoint for yourself.

Hope this information helps. Don't be afraid to mess around in the options section and feel free to ask if there isn't anything that is clear to you. In terms of the UI, we've tried to make the JavaScript version of the game as accessible and customizable as we are able to. Also know that the game is still in development so more features and options may be added and refined in the future.

Guys I know about the legacy sidebar in the newer versions, my issue is that it's not 1 to 1/doesn't exactly make the interface look how it is in the old versions(minimap on the right side of the screen when it should be on the left and vice versa).

Honestly if this one thing got changed, it would convince me to hop on the newer versions.

Also another negative I've found with the newer version is the minimap tiles/icons are smaller then they were in previous versions(legit feel like I have to squint just to seem them), there is currently no option to resize those, and if such an option were to be added in a later update it would not go unappreciated.
