Fixed [0.9.144-PUBLIC#6530] Void Sight Does Not Count For psiAttack

Hopefully fixed for the next release. Using Void Sight should now add +10 to psiAttack.

I don't see it anywhere in his character script, so I would say no. He also uses the normal combatMiss and not psiCombatMiss. But if I'm overlooking something more specific, feel free to point it out.
