Just as the title says I've been trying to get the Olivia correction scenes to trigger to very little success. I got the throne one to trigger and now nothing else will trigger. I've tried reading the wiki or similar posts but I'm not sure what I've done wrong at this point

I might be having an issue where Olivia won't have another pup, even after giving her the collar.
For the record, she had Luis before getting the collar.
So... as far as the game was concerned, she didn't want another pup (and the game buttons said it wasn't a possibility, too).
But after that, I went through the events getting the collar, Olivia accepted it, and now she's open to the idea of more children (and the game buttons treat it like it is possible) but... it just doesn't seem to be happening.
Is this just a matter of luck? Or is it... because I got the collar after Luis was born, is the save file permanently flagged that Olivia doesn't more pups?
And is this technically an error, since she pretty much "changes her mind" about that after getting the collar?
