Myrellion got some Vanae that only spawns if you're either Level 10 or have access to Dhaal

If you want make a backup save go to lash to lose your vag and have her sit on you till you become her earmarked property.
Spoiler: when entering the hotel she will make you work at the end of the day you will work on the finances she will make you an accessory to embezzlement. I am just asking because if it was the case of defeating Po and having the twins and other dolls taken to get cured of the brainwashing or something like that, then maybe they might get their memories back as a result of their treatment and recovery.

Grinding is a term for repeatedly picking fights with enemies to earn money and XP from them. It's standard practice for games, especially RPGs, but can be boring and repetitive. Which means not everyone will do it unless the game forces you to, which is considered bad game design in some corners of the Web.
