How do you get onto the top of the aquaduct?

Also, I thought I remembered an NPC who offered to be a translator for non-Latin speaking characters, but I cannot find such a character now.

You get to the top of the aqueduct through Dimiara's quest, although you can also try to parkour your way there :p

Regarding the translator NPC, you must be confused because there was never such a thing.

Yes, we aware of the issue. We removed it from the sex scenes but we still have to fix it in punishment and customization
