In the latest update log, Phaedra II has been released as a public part, but how do I access it? Or do I need to use new saves and create new characters to gain the ability to enter?

1. Go to the North Taxi Station in the Gyre. You'll meet Darius, who will give you an invitation to a Zaibatsu party.
2. Attend the party. You'll need clothing with the 'Classy' Flag. Gwon in Gabtown has some and there are a few more from other merchants.
3. Wait a day. Then use a Taxi Station. You'll know if it's been long enough.
4. Wait for an email. Read it.
5. Visit the Paragon Playground Brothel. Meet the contact.
6. Use a Taxi Station to go to the Farrow Facility. You can't return until you've got the Probe, so make sure you're prepared. Or keep a backup save.
