Best leveling method?

Hello, I just reached Khorminos as a black mage and I want to do that thing of leveling another class for the two hand+off hand build. The thing is, I'm not even max level on Black Mage and I have done a lot of side content, I cleared every side quest and dungeon that I found without fleeing from any encounter while clearing the maps.

To get the Titan's something perk for the build I need to level another class quite a lot, doesn't seem very easy to do with the pace I currently get xp at. Am I missing something? Or should I just grind at it on a high xp zone.

I don't think you understand the way classes work. If you switch class you keep your levels

Yeah, that's not how classes work in this game. When you switch classes, you keep all of your current exp and levels, and you trade your current class passives for the ones from the class you're switching to.

You can't have Warrior passives on a Black Mage.

You can switch to warrior, get Titan's Grip, equip the heavy weapon and offhand and switch back to black mage, and the game won't unequip the "not legal" equipment, even though your character doesn't have the Titan's Grip perk anymore.

Before anyone says anything:
This interaction has been reported so many times as a bug and has been ignored just as many, that it might as well be a feature at this point.
