You could argue that not saving him can also constitute as s good act considering that, at the moment of saving him, he is a cultist that acts way to casual for someone that was apparently being hunted. You could be bringing a Trojan horse into your territory for all you know.but if your playing a good champion you kind of have to at least escort or recommend to save him.
Same way that you can argue that transforming Brunt into Brienne is not in anyway bad/corrupt act since the champion does not have the full picture.
Still, I agree. It would be nice if we had more define 'no' when it comes to the game. Something that Locks us out of the content that we do not want to engage with.
