Welcome to Planet Naizyr!
Our main character, Asher, appears out of nowhere in the western city of Dalhot and claims to be from the east; the land of modesty and prudish culture. He soon meets with the medical genius, Elyssia, who wishes to study his anatomy in detail. Asher is guided across the uninhibited western world, where sex is as casual as going to the cinema. They travel across the planet with Elyssia's lady servant, Hino, in tow.

Well the title is certainly unique, but don't you think it could be a bit TOO obscure? It's not exactly a common word in most people's vocabularies. "The Excess" might have been better, particularly as the concept of "excess" is often tied to depravity and hedonism.
