How do you like play your Steele?

And what's your endgame dream for each location? If you have one of course.

I'm playing my Steele as a neutral evil tech specialist that wants to turn SteeleTech into a corporation that strains anti-trust laws by acquiring whatever Maximilian Steele's company is and initiating a hostile takeover of Xenogen with assistance from TamaniCorp and dividing it between the two of us.

Something about Xenogen pisses me off, especially with how it's implied if I help them too many times they'll try to subjugate me. Also Haswell is a prick.

Here's my endgame ideas for each station. Probably not achievable in the game of course.

Tavros Station: establish a major SteeleTech presence there beyond the nursery. That's about it really. Maybe get Vahn to run it if he's interested.

Mhen'ga: Oust Xenogen and establish a major SteeleTech presence there. Use Penny to get U.G.C. to apply some pressure to Xenogen due to their capture of live specimens, and once the Zil are recognized as a proper species, use my standing with Quinn to rally charges against them and get them kicked out. Also, see if I can get Haswell sent to Gastigoth. I hate that guy.

Tarkus: Establish major SteeleTech presence. Since I helped Shekka improve her people and make them not so fuck-hungry all the time, SteeleTech will be there to facilitate their continued uplifting and begin testing to see how well they fare as employees given their inherent technical capabilities. SteeleTech helping the Grey Goo seems ok in game, so not much to add here. Maybe get Lash to help me with a little something for Myrellion.

Myrellion: Oh boy, here's where it gets interesting. Prepare for a long list, or just skip it and read the TL;DR at the bottom.

Oust Xenogen and establish SteeleTech as the dominant company on the planet.

Do so by the following steps.

1. Acquire a strain of the disease currently plaguing the Laquine.

2. Send it to Lessau and get him to turn it into the genophage, but able to be activated and deactivated using specific compounds. If that seems hard, get Lash to help out, but be careful about it.

3. Establish a SteeleTech shop on Myrellion.

4. Become Queen of the Nyrea and take some discreet samples.

5. Get the bothrioc sample from Ara Kei and get Lessau to develop the real counteragent for it, except with the added genophage for them thrown in. Also get him to make a genophage for the Nyrea too.

6. Capture a Nyrea, both Alpha and Beta, and a quadomme and test their genophages on them. Once it works, kill them and get back to Myrellion.

7. Give the counteragent to Ara Kei, and take the samples she gives me and get Lessau to develop dormant genophages for each of the Myr species.

8. Help the Gold queens and warn Irellia about the dangers of modification. Set her up as a lesson for later.

9. Help the Red army. For Estallia, gain her trust by returning the documents to her, keep the Xenogen datapad to myself, and offer her transport offworld to Mhen'ga.

10. Except the transport doesn't actually go to Mhen'ga. It instead subdues her and her children as the first test subjects for the Gold Myr genophage.

11. Test it out. Once it works, kill them.

12. Gain the trust of Briha, Lys, and Liliana and do the same to them. Also grab some more Gold and Red Myr deserters. Gotta get a representative sample after all. Wouldn't want the genophage to not work.

13. Afterwords, warn Sellera and Nehzara, maybe somewhat subtly and anonymously, about the dangers of modification, just like with Irellia.

14. Then, once I've made sure each strain of the genophage works for the Red Myr, Gold Myr, Bothrioc, and Nyrea, get it into an easily transmittable form and get the party started.

15. Infect Irellia and some Red Myr that have been modified and then get the genophage to activate for them on a delayed timer. Then spread some rumors here and there about Xenogen being shady.

16. Once they start noticing their sterility and stillbirths, rile'em up anonymously against Xenogen.

17. Make sure Xenogen can't solve the problem on their own and let them fumble around for a bit.

18. Then step in as SteeleTech and graciously provide a cure (the deactivation compound), and offer to inoculate them against future diseases with a vaccine (a minor health booster, so it feels effective, with the genophage tucked in). Since the genophage showing was so scary, the Bothrioc and Nyrea probably want in too, so give it to them as well. Xenogen probably can't interfere given how they've just been demonized, so they shouldn't be too big a problem.

19. Now with two minor factions stabilizing the situation between the two big ones, I should have a pretty good foundation to start building rapport with them as SteeleTech, especially since I have a noose around their neck. But if they ever decide to get a bit antsy, hit'em with a genophage breakout, that'll shut them down real quick. Xenogen might still be on the planet, but with that fiasco hounding them for the rest of their stay, they should shove off pretty quickly.

20. But just in case, plant a nuke somewhere inflammatory, like where the nuke in Kara's Quest 2 was. Have it on hand if I ever need to reignite the war and have the planet glassed.

TL;DR - Start Fuck Myrellion 2: Genophage Boogaloo. Frame Xenogen. Profit.

New Texas: Open up a SteeleTech shop, and look more closely into Varmints. A silicone based lifeform sounds interesting, especially with how they might be able to help the Grey Goo from Tarkus.

Uveto: Secure exclusive mining rights with the help of the Korg'ii and our Frostwyrm mate. Not sure what to do beyond that.

Canadia Station: Dunno, too little stuff on there at this point.

Zheng Shi: SIDEWINDER BAYBEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. After we steal that, get Olympia on our crew. Maybe have her make friends with Hand So. Two sextoys turned superintelligences should have something to bond over right?

If the place is still worth mining, kick some ass with the Sidewinder, have SteeleTech come in, secure it, and start mining.

Gastigoth: Not much to change. Just throw all of my hated enemies there for fun. Maybe have them partner with Sentient Acquisitions or something for a mutually beneficial relationship.

Breedwell: Not much to change. Perhaps use it as a point of contact for Tamani to begin discussions on how to break apart Xenogen and how it will benefit both SteeleTech and TamaniCorp.

B-B-B-Bonus Round!

Rival: Have Maximilian get tortured for as long as perceptually possible by throwing him into some sort of personalized prison run by an AI specialized in torture.

Turn Jack (he's male since I started Gryvain) into a girl, and then turn her into a surrogate for my future children. She'll have ovaries, but not with any eggs of her own genetics material (wouldn't want to propagate that side of the family after all). Instead, if I happen to have a lover who wants children but without giving birth and has a reproductive system similar enough to a human female's, I'll just get them to put some of their eggs into femJack's ovaries and fuck away. I could also just use her to raise clutches of eggs too.

That way, femJack basically serves as some sort of combination living incubator-sextoy. Much more useful than just killing him/her.

And so you can see that I like playing characters as an evil bastard on no one's side but their own, even when I can't quite express that in the game they exist in. It's still quite fun to think about though, especially with how interesting this universe is.

So what do you guys think? Do you have any grand plans or errant thoughts floating about in your head that you'd like to share? If so, I'd love to hear them.

Oh, the horror! the inhumane cruelty!

on topic: My Steele's endgame will always be to accumulate so much wealth as to become the richest person in the known universe, then, with all that money, set up a Trek-style intergalactic utopian communist society.

It was only with the onset of replicator technology that rendered the majority of material wealth meaningless that they could pull that off. TiTs isn't too far off from that but not quite there. You have a very plausible plan there.

We already have tfs that transform biological matter at will, I figure it's only a matter of time before TiTS verse figure out how to create anything they want with upgraded 3D printers

I usually play an evil Steele who plans on using various TF's to transform herself into a powerful monster, gather as many crew members and powerful creatures like the Frostwyrm to form an army, claim Steele tech for herself and then take over the universe by sheer force, infection and corruption

Painting with broad strokes, my main Steele is just someone who loves combat and adventure and took a job as a Mercenary to fulfill those desires. If you want to imagine her personality, she kinda acts like Deadpool without the actual medium awareness, insanity, or darker aspects of his character. She mostly just goes around enjoying the craziness of life during the Rush without much of a filter so she can fully experience everything the universe has to offer (there's a lot more nuance to her character, but that's probably enough to understand her motivations). She wasn't prepared to run her father's company and the news of his death and the quest she was given took her mostly by surprise. As such, she follows the quest mostly to uphold her father's legacy and keep control of SteeleTech away from her cousin or anyone else with selfish intentions. Once she fully succeeds in regaining control, she'll allow the existing board members that her father trusted to run the company almost entirely on their own while she directs it down with what she believes to be a morally "good" path and makes basic high-level decisions. As she does so, she'll do what she does best and continue adventuring as a Rusher, using the completely overpowered (I recognize that the power of character builds is usually an out of universe concept that the players take advantage of, but I designed this character as someone that actually would take the time to make herself as powerful as possible, so I think it fits as an in-universe characteristic) skills and weapons she acquired over the course of the game to continue making new discoveries in the field to try to steer the galaxy in a better direction as early as possible in this revolutionary period while also fulfilling her own desires.
When the Rush fully settles down, I plan to have her take a more productive roll as the head of her company; taking time away from her own pleasure and instead devoting it to using her position to improving the lives of others. There are a few character arcs I'd throw in along the way to examine her naive desire to run a "good" company through her own subjective morals in an entire universe of different perspectives and have her come to terms with the fact that most of the good she does is a result of her circumstances, not a genuine desire to specifically help others, among others, but I haven't gone as in-depth with planning all that stuff out as Antagonist has. I mostly just created the concept of her character at the start and let the way I played her in the game be the story instead of planning out how it would progress in extreme detail.
No matter what happens, though, she's 100% taking over Uveto with an army of Frostwyrms somewhere along the line.

I dont think we can kill a single sapient creature (Besides the frostwyrm) in the entire fucking game.

I mean, yeah we can do things that might lead to the death of others, but I don't think steel ever directly kills another thinking creature.

Also that genophage shit is dark as hell why would you do that?

I play like a jackass but one with limits.

Ah, why not. Here, a bit of headcanon, one for each of my standart Chars I do not just abuse to branch out into all of the content:

Looks:
You are a...
Their main weapon it the lightning-rod and they, as a Tech Specialist and kind of a Sadist, use their ability to charge the weapon as the violent awnser to anyone trying to hurt them.
Also, goes by He, but cares not if getting called a She.

(I will go and play with them again soon.)

Tavros Station
- Home sweet Home, They will keep it as their base of operation, should they be unable to obtain a working battlecarrier.

Mhen'ga
- While Snugglé gets their agrarworld, Steele will go for all the riches hidden underground. The Zil will probably get some recognisson at some point, but it will be to late for most of the planet. Good news: We will have some shakedowns on Cuntsnakes, so the parts of the jungles that survive will be a bit nicer.

Tarkus
- Uhm... You mean the Nova, right? Ah, yes... the big failure of Yuri, beliving that the guys up there got a explosivespecialist when someone threatens that they blow up the planet. Yuri trys to ease the live of the inhabitans as much as possible, from the former crewmembers now GreyGoos to the Ravskels ADHS...
Keep Lash around, they are clearly usefull and highly inteligent. Yes, they might try to sterilise everyone. But that is the risk with a sexobsessed scientist. If one could just show them how sexobsessed they truly are, given that their full focus is on removing matingorgans and sexdrive.

Myrellion
- Pretty much standing behind the Red side of the conflict, they will try to infulence the diplomats to simply declare the current state of ownership of the planet as how it will stay.
The Trenchwives need to go, out of practical reasons, but Myrellion will be offically ruled by the reds and sufficent Spaceports will follow, so we can crack down on their sweet, sweet natural resources.
The golds can probably stay in their city, but I guess that once the Myr do spaceexpansion, it will be a simple fact that Golds have stronger colonies, but Reds got more spread.

New Texas
- It will exist. That is all.

Uveto
- Is allready owned by Steele, if only arround a corner. So probably no change.

Canadia Station
- Also keeps existing. One will stop a few times there for a drink when heading down for holyday on Taur-Central, cause they got a nice Zoo.

Zheng Shi
- Ah... And then, one gets rid of the pirats. And then we continue mining the stuff.

Gastigoth
- Gets inmates from time to time. Gets visits from time to time.

Breedwell
- Exists outside of the scope of Yuri Steele. Never is going to know about it. They take Sterillix.

Andrew Steele

Looks:
You are a...
The usual goodguy Smuggler, Focusing on a mix of ranged and lust. The only unusual things about him is that they are a Kathrit that is obiously male and that his Equipment-Gender combination is making them a collectors-item.

Tavros Station
- Home sweel Home. But with this one, not even a Battlecarrier can replace it. Probably.

Mhen'ga
- He likes the Zil and does his best to ensure their try to get rights. As result, they will headbutt quite a bit with Snugglé... One will still mine all underground clear, yes, but the Jungla will be better off then otherwise.

Tarkus
- Ah, Rustball Shityplace... Well, the Ravskel will get their ADHS treated, the Novas crew gets their robobodys and the questionable status of being between a cyborg and a gAI in the legalsystems of most worlds, in the later case SteeleTech employment will protect them.

Myrellion
- Solving the Gold-Red war is a task that takes time, much of it. And a solution that makes everyone happy will be hard impossible. Tht is a problem only space-colonisation will solve with time...
The Nyrea are, when organised, still a minor power and in some parts of the planet ven on medival standarts... But given that he is married to one, they will probably get the same uplifting-process.
Lastly the Bothrioc, Ara Kei gets their wish. Her? His? I honestly can not remember anymore, and they will chose whatever amuses them anyways, with time. Well, Andrew is, without question, a Eggslut. Curdsonwhey will get trown into Lessaus capeable hands to get a more usefull version for the public market, what we will also adrtise using the codex, of course, as part of their entry. And well, He will probably land in the metaphorical 'bed' with them from time to time.

New Texas
- A place of a sour taste in ones mouth. That will be all.

Uveto
- Ah, yes, home of his Sister and the Korgis. He did not have enogth runins with the Frostwyrm for anything deeper, exspecially since he is near constantly pregnant with someones eggs. Or the Eggtrainers, for that matter. All there is to hope for this planet is that Akkadi does not know that Steele did blow their operation. He also wants his Siegwulfe back some day. Valden, steele DOES sell mechanical bodys advanced enogth for your purposes, you know?

Canadia Station
- Nice place to hang out at. Meet Kiro there on the off-time.

Zheng Shi
- Ahrm... Well... On one hand, one is goodguy Steele. On the other, one is a Smuggler...
Well, it is not the black void, but it is not a much better place eigther...
Decisions, Decisons... Free the Slaves, hope for the best?

Gastigoth
- Exists.

Breedwell
- Akward relationship. On one hand, He did make a siceable contribution to their movement. On the other, there is a siceable group Rahn on Tavros.

I'm just a nerdy girl that loves sex, fighting, and helping people...

Helping people is my kryptonite as a kind Steele. It's the various blurbs that really sell it. Hooking up Lerris with Pussybloom? It's like I'm giving her Christmas AND her birthday at once!

And fighting... yes. Steele is an action junkie.

Hmmm........

First one of my Steeles will just keep on traveling around the galaxy as more of a neutral party and third party to major situations, nothing will happen to the major main planets or people as that Steele just travels about being them and solving problems they happen upon.

My other Steele will become the new ruler of the free galaxy, anything or anyone going against my dream will be crushed under the heel of Merius Steele, Steele tech being a company will vanish and become something more than a simple company but an organization that will that follow the orders of Merius to the T.

Tarvos station: It will taken by Steele, the peace keepers replaced with Civil protection forces that will be militarized, but not much will change besides the heavy taxing on mod vendors for a cut of their profits and for them to feel the Steel grip on them.

Mhen'ga: it's inhabitants will take a knee to the powerful starwalkers, one way or another the Zil will learn their place under the boot of Steele, they will be taught low level jobs and paid in food and the right to live their lowly lives. Snuggle will be allowed their small plot of land and any ask of expansion will be denied no matter the offer and if they were to try and expand illegally they will be put down.

Tarkus: You mean that one planet that had the big ship? Yeah doesn't exist, the last of its people can become low level workers like the Zil and be given some form of housing and be paid in food to survive, health care will be out of their own pockets though.

Myrellion: Easy, instangate fighting with the golds and reds giving the reds a little more of an advantage on the golds and watch the two sides duke it out, while making sure the golds nuke becomes a paperweight so they can't take the Hiroshima option, then if the Reds succeed give them the tools to either enslave the gold myr or finish the job of putting down the gold myr bimbos. If the reds are still slightly in power fix their fertility and hire their soldiers as a good chunk of my own training them to make them into the deadly warriors they were ment to be while getting into the business of selling off gold myr to wealthy pirates.

New Texas: Another easy one, make deals with T that the planet stays the beautiful hot spot it does at the cost of some bulls and bimbos going missing every couple months, if he refuses then that slut cesspool can turn into a sink hole and be given to the Zil for a farming planet to feed the Steele troops.

Uveto: Eh the place is already a frozen wasteland, what else can I do besides take the Korgi and make them fall in line or see the power of starwalkers and tell them they can have the same power if they side with Steele. The frostwyrm will be either hunted and executed or it will be captured and domesticated.

Canada station: It won't be touched, the planet near it will be taken still, just because that station isn't being touched doesn't mean it's planet's is getting a pass.

Zheng shi: By the time I get to it, only a pirate with extremely high morals will try to stop me from making deals with them there, but I believe I'll be welcome and in time become the new boss just more terrifying than the last boss.

Gastigoth: Will be bought, any of my enemies or surrendering rebels will be brought here pirates that side with me or have the right connections and creds will see it as a slap on the wrist and revolving door if they are smart enough to not die but stupid enough to get caught.

Breedwell: allowed to exist.

Tl;Dr ascend to dred queen or queen of the galaxy through dark means with alot of slavery and forcing newly found aliens to become soldiers if they Don't join willingly.

EDIT

If I can one of my captains will be Riya she will have her own little squad of who she likes if it be humans or aliens whatever will suit her needs to get the job done.

Another one of my captains will be Sellera, if she survived and taken down the gold myr completely will be based on how much power I give her and if shes lucky I'll make her into a badass general giving her all she needs if she doesn't show failure.

I guess since they will be hounding me and they are a captain already, I'll give Khorgan a captain seat as one of the people connecting us at Steele with the pirates and being kind of an emissary and slaver.

Implying that it was a planet to begin with.

Well, I have a nice idea... What I mean...

Master Merius Steele, your Agents on New Texas have come to a potential agreement with the local government.
Mr. T offers to provide a modified version of the treatment to make the gold myr population, which is mainly female he needs to underline, more willing and valuable 'servants'.
Stripping it of the main bovine features, it could incredibly boost the occurance of 'Honeypots' and increase the submissivness of most of the locals.
The one thing they do ask for in return is to keep their status as mostly independent agricultural- and pleasureworld.
Naturally, I can not make this decision, but this terms seem agreable, so I forwarded it to you, master.

Loyaly, Jack/Jill Steele

Gastigoth: Will be bought, any of my enemies or surrendering rebels will be brought here pirates that side with me or have the right connections and creds will see it as a slap on the wrist and revolving door if they are smart enough to not die but stupid enough to get caught.
Political Prison, I approve.

Breedwell: allowed to exist.
That is the general consent to the place, but I remind you, it is used by the Rahn Government to increas its power by agressive colonisation.

Dark yes.
Could be worse.

Then breedwell can join the rest of the Rahnn in becoming a race of living puddles.

And that would be if I let Jill or Jack serve Mistress Merius.

My Steele started as a naive and kind Tech Specialist trying to stop his cousin from stealing his inheritance but after seeing the horrors of what happens in the outer ring he dreams to put an end to slavery and make a stand for the exploited non-core races. After getting hold of Han So and her army of sex bots he found the means to do just that.

Gastigoth
- The very first thing my Steele would do is purchase Gastigoth. Not only it is a fortress in itself but it also came with highly trained personal, one of which is able to mentally control the whole place using cybernetics. Gastigoh would work as a temporary base of operation, at least until Tavros is fully taken. In the mean time Han So will be working on Gastigoth to gather as much data as possible on people of interest and the world around her.

After some time, the slave whoring thing would be dismantled, instead the inmates would take jobs inside the station, later yet the ones showing signs of rehabilitation may perform tasks outside Gastigoth under supervision and keep doing so until they are released, if they behave. The ones particular skilled may join Steele justice army at this point.

Tavros Station

- Home sweet Fortress!
Tavros would become the permanet operation base and the hangar for my Steele fleet of justice.. Once Steele has full control of the station, Han So would move to Tavros and be responsible to run SteeleTech as a company and as a organization, any business partner would be dealt with, fired or demoted so Steele and HS have full control of the company.

Mhen'ga
- The plantation would be bought, if it isn't possible then it would be taken and given back to the Zill. Steele would take Able back to his tribe and advise the Quin to make him her Ambassor on Elsbeth strengthened the relationship of Elsbeth and the Zill. He would also help the Zill trade with SteeleTech for acessories, weapons and other things the bee people feel like buying.

Tarkus
- Lash would prove his worth here. He would be tasked with decreasing the sex urges of sex bots and wild gray goo so they can actually function in society while still retaining their individuality. If he succeed he would be granted a nice stat of art lab on Tavros station and a position on Steele Tech.
Him, together with Lessau and other researchers, would be responsible to update Shekka plan to lower the Raskvel sex drive, Shekka herself would supervise them.
Meanwhile SteeleTech would be solidifying his position on Novahome. As a company SteeleTech feed the rasks the eletromechanical stuff they like so much and hiring them to create a self sustaining market; as a organization SteeleTech would direct the improved rasks, goo and robots so they can live together peacefully.

Myrellion
- Hopefully, the Gold files Steele handed over the Red Federation would lead to peace between them in the long run. Hearing top secret dialog among the Gold might be enough to stop any efforts of war by the Reds when they realizing the Golds just want peace. If that didn’t worked by the time Steele finish dealing with Tarkus then he must step in again.
Using his influence with Nehzara, Taivra and Irellia Steele would try to create something akin to the United Nations among myrs and nyrea. It would be hardest part but if achieved the UGC would be forced to leave and Steele could replace them with his fleet, this could be used to persuade the Reds to accept the deal. The Queen of the Deep and the Fungal Queen also deserve attention so they aren't extinct by the bullshit Xenogen has been feeding the myr.

New Texas
- With Lash on his side Steele will create an anti-Treatment which only affect the female cows giving their mind back meanwhile the best tutors will be working overtime to turn Reaha into a top diplomat. Steele will also be doing shade business to clear the field so she will reach a key position before the second phase of his plan.
Second phase: Once the anti-Treatment is released from orbit the females from New Texas will start to fight for their rights and with a Reaha in a key position the Treatment will be banned for good.

Uveto
- The Korgonne and Milodan should be able to achieve peace by themselves. SteeleTech will step in to keep Pyrite Industries way from them, hell at this point Han So must have figured out a way to take control of Pyrite Industries already from the business perspective.

Zheng Shi
- "Rats, we're rats. We're the rats."

My Steele would join the Rat Raiders and take over ZS, mining the place for Steeletech. The Rats would become the swaord the brings justice all throught out the galaxy working as Steele main fleet and footsoldiers.

I haven't unlocked Canadia Station and Breedwell yet, so no headcanon so far.
