[0.9.098] Crew Toy scenes not triggering for certain crewmates

Crew toy UI says Anno, Eitan and Olympia are available for scenes. After 5 minutes of spam running around in the ship though, I've gotten Anno 15+ times and zero for the other two crewmates.

Evicted Anno and tried again, but still neither Eitan nor Olympia scenes triggered.

Yeah I haven’t gotten Olympia once, saw from the writer it should be in the utility room but I have still not had it happen. Gotten syri, anno, Paige though

I checked and Olympia appears to be bugged, I don't think it was hooked up. I've let staff know. Sorry!

Ty for raising this, I see a small nod to them in the code but I don't even see their content.
