attend the dhaal party. keep playing the dhaal party until you automatically get put into the afterparty

there are many flags prefixed by DHAAL_PARTY, so it may work out to clear all of them

Sorry but I know absolutely nothing about computers and coding and stuff.
First, you need to save to a file, not a save slot.
Then, you will need an editor that can edit JSON files. Since you say you don't know anything about computers, I'm assuming you are running Windows. I am a Unix user myself, so my knowledge of tools in Windows is limited, but you can install Notepad++ and the JSON tools, and then you can edit the file. At that point, you can search for DHAAL_PARTY, and just remove those lines. Save to a different file just in case, and then fire up TiTS and load that file, and you should then be able to go to the Taxi and go to the party - you may need to change Steele's outfit to something dressy; Gwon is a good local stop for that.
