Type this in the console before changing the party to stop the game from breaking. Press F12 or CTRL + SHIFT + I to open the console... -

Papum posted the thread [0.8.25] The Power 'Instant Fortress' seems not to be scaling in damage as with max. and min. Strenght it does the same damage. in CoC2 Bug Reports.Dunno if intended as it has not come out in the Wiki to see it's calculations.
