It's a one time dungeon, I don't know what else to tell you man. Anything there could be optional but permanently missable. -
A key item in a quest dungeon that you won't be able to return to... sounds kind of important.

Venom Strike definitely has some distance between the (very high) ceiling and floor on it, though I think the weapon buff stapled to it... -
SFirst of all - it would be nice to have some idea that you need to explore the wastes to advance Velika - maybe a talk or drink message...
