Zhou-Ling Rifle and Freezing Attributes

Hi there,

Just wondering that aside from the base damage being freezing (Which I say is a welcome addition to the arsenal). I was hoping to know if there will be any plans for this weapon and hopefully others like this to have special Damage Flags that attribute to freezing or being frozen in the near future.

Since this is a freezing weapon after all; with a good amount of weapons that have the DoT Burning Damage Flag, it just either seemed fair or logical that there will be Damage Flags specifically befitting for freezing weaponry

Zhou-Ling rifle is probably not going to recieve any updates. The mini-project that was Zhou-Ling died about a month before it was implemented, surprising HugsAlright (Zhou-Ling Rifle's writer) as much as anyone. RanmaChan is working on a ice weapon set, but i'm unsure of the project's current status. The first iteration of it was rejected, and the thread for the second iteration is marked [rejected] so the project might be dead.

Dude, stop saying that certain subjects are cursed. It doesn't help anyone, nor is it true in this case. So few people have tried (2, I think) that not having a success is trivial.

@Lancer Hmmm, now that makes a lot more sense. Rather than preference, but being more of a statistical issue would sound more plausible. Anyway I can get my hands on the rejected ideas? They sound interesting

I was just about to post a pointer to Imperial Navy Surplus. I really like that submission once i got over the possibly-too-powerful-for-level-8 thing. I hope it gets finished and submitted someday.

Fenoxo rejected my second submission, and didn't even say why. So until I get a response to my last PM to him, where I asked why it was rejected and what I can do, the idea is kinda dead.

You could try get on discord. Slight higher chance to have chance to talk to Fen there and thus find out what was the reason this time. He DO talk there sometimes xD
